The ideal candidate must have a minimum of four (4) years of related and verifiable work experience and is required to hold a PhD (or DBA) degree in a business or technical discipline from an accredited college or university.

Master's Degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline.

*Must have experience with Adult and Geriatric experience** Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, or a PhD in Nursing OR Doctorate degree in any area and a Master’s degree in Nursing OR Master’s degree in Nursing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing practice setting with at least 2 years of that experience in managing Adult and Geriatric population.

Doctorate Educational Leadership or related degree OR Must have 1 year of leadership experience in (K-12 or higher education), educational technology, curriculum and development and Administration experience. Doctorate in any area requiring the successful completion of a dissertation. Must have 3 years of leadership experience in (K-12 or higher education), educational technology, curriculum and development and Administration experience.

Doctorate in Health Administration, Health Innovation, Health Leadership, Clinical Sciences (medical/nursing) disciplines, Health Sciences, or Public Health OR Must have 1 year of senior-level health administration experience in the health sector. Doctorate in any area requiring the successful completion of a dissertation. Must have 3 years of senior-level health administration experience in the health sector.

Doctorate in Business, Education, Healthcare, or a related degree requiring the successful completion of a dissertation OR Doctorate in any area requiring the successful completion of a dissertation. Must have 6 doctoral level credits in research methodologies (excluding dissertation or thesis credits). In lieu of research credits, 2 years of experience as an Associate Dean or higher supporting graduate or undergraduate students AND 3 years of professional experience.

Doctorate in education or a Doctorate in any area with 18 graduate semester credits in education OR Master’s in education or Master’s in any area with 18 graduate semester credits in education OR Must have 5 years of experience in a classroom setting TK-12 as a Art Teacher, Art Curriculum or Program Development Specialist, or Museum Curator. Requires current CA education license, CA residency, and experience in CA public schools within the last 3 years

Doctoral degree in Healthcare Administration/Management, Health Services Management, Business Administration/Management (with at least 18 graduate credit hours in healthcare administration/management), Public Health, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution. Evidence of successful teaching experience in a Healthcare Administration program in higher education, with demonstrated effectiveness in online instruction.

A master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the academic field. Extensive professional experience in a related field. Previous experience teaching online students at the university level.

Terminal degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in Leadership, Organizational Development, or a closely related field is required. Demonstrated expertise in leadership theory and application. A strong record of professional and/or academic accomplishments in leadership or related disciplines. Previous teaching experience at the graduate level is preferred.
