Masters in a related discipline with exceptional expertise in urban and cross-cultural ministry. All instructors must have 2 or more years professional experience in cross-cultural ministry or teaching missions or urban ministry courses at the postsecondary level.

Minimum: PhD from an accredited college or university with coursework in multicultural or urban ministry AND At least two years professional experience in ministry or teaching at the postsecondary level.

Master’s degree or higher in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreation Therapy. Maintain a valid Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) credential. Experience and expertise teaching about interprofessional, trends in therapeutic recreation, preparing students for the NCTRC exam, and other skills to be a well-rounded CTRS.
