Demonstrated expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and architectural design for scalability, resilience, and cost optimization. Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.

Doctorate (PhD or DBA) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, or related field. 5+ years of enterprise-level experience in architecture, infrastructure strategy, or digital transformation leadership. Prior experience serving as an enterprise architect, IT director, or senior technology strategist. Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, ITIL, CISSP, PMP).

Master’s degree in Human Factors, HCI, User Experience, or related discipline. Current, active employment in Human Factors, HCI, User Experience, or related disciplines. 5+ years of professional experience in UX or related disciplines. Applied experience designing AI agents and/or AI-enabled software. Applied knowledge of AI design and prototyping tools, including Figma Make. Doctorate in Finance from a regionally accredited higher education institution. 3 years or more of professional experience in Investment Portfolio Risk Management. Hold a CFA.

Doctorate Business Statistics; Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (includes PhD/DBA in Business Administration with a focus in one of these areas). 3+ years professional experience in Quantitative Analysis for Business. Advanced experience in Excel (can perform complex functions), Tableau, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Descriptive and Predictive Analytics and storytelling with data.

PhD in Business Administration, or Finance. 2 years or more of professional experience in business field pertaining to the course (can include experience working/teaching in post-secondary business education or research). Certified Financial Planner for FIN-460.

PhD in Business Administration, or Accounting from a regionally accredited higher education institution. 2 years or more of professional experience in business field. We do require a CPA and VITA certification to teach ACC-350.

Doctorate in Human Resources (includes PhD/DBA in Business Administration with a focus in HRM). 3 years or more of professional experience in HRM. SHRM Membership Required.

An earned terminal degree in the discipline or a related field (master’s degree required, doctoral degree preferred). Previous professional experience working in the field of conservation law enforcement or criminal justice. Prior experience in online course design and instruction in higher education (preferred). Effective communication skills to convey subject matter clearly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Commitment to providing innovative and engaging online education.
