Doctorate in Business Administration/Business Management. Master's degree in Management, Business, Organizational Leadership or an MBA. Candidates must have a minimum of two (2) years of recent industry experience in Business closely or a related field, acquired within the past 10 years. This experience should demonstrate practical application of business principles in real-world settings. At least one (1) year of online business-related teaching experience in higher education is required. Experience creating course content. Course development is required with this role.

Terminal degree in English, Literature, or Writing. Specialization in Children’s Illustration required. All degrees must be from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. Master’s degree in Technology Management, Innovation Management, Business Administration (technology focus), Information Systems, Engineering Management, or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in technology innovation, product development, digital transformation, or strategic technology leadership. Demonstrated experience guiding products or innovation initiatives from concept through launch and lifecycle management. Experience with product strategy, roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership. Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.

Master’s degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in enterprise data management, data integration, analytics, or data architecture. Demonstrated expertise in data modeling, database design (SQL and NoSQL), ETL/ELT workflows, and data lifecycle management. Experience working with analytics tools or programming languages used in applied analytics (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau). At least 1 year of teaching or training experience (preferably online/asynchronous). Proficiency with LMS platforms and digital authoring tools.

Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Risk Management, or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in cybersecurity governance, enterprise risk management, security strategy, or information assurance leadership. Demonstrated expertise in security governance frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, COBIT, CIS Controls). Experience in enterprise risk assessment, compliance program development, and security policy implementation. Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for automation, scripting, data processing, or enterprise systems integration. Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages commonly used for automation and data workflows (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Bash, JavaScript). Experience designing automation scripts, APIs, or data pipeline components within enterprise environments. Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, DevOps, or a closely related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in systems automation, DevOps practices, orchestration frameworks, or enterprise systems integration. Demonstrated expertise with automation and orchestration tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, API integrations). Minimum 1 year experience developing asynchronous online courses for adult learners in higher education.
