Terminal Degree in Higher Education Administration, Higher Education Adult Learners, or Educational Leadership. Three or more years experience teaching online leadership and curriculum innovation courses to the adult learner population.

Masters Degree in Philosophy. 1-3 years' related practical/professional experience and/or training; online, higher education teaching experience is highly preferred.

Completed and conferred Ph.D. in Biology. Minimum of one year of online higher education teaching experience. Experience with Canvas is preferred but not required.

Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in Statistics from an accredited institution. The successful candidate will demonstrate knowledge, experience, or evidence of a commitment to inclusivity, and excellence in teaching methodologies that effectively engage our diverse student population.

Master’s degree from an accredited Council on Social Work Education and a regionally accredited program is required. Doctorate preferred. Must hold a Social Work graduate-level license and obtain, at a minimum, a Graduate Level Social Work licensure in the State of Minnesota upon hire (including passing the ASWB exam with their current graduate-level license) required.
