Master’s degree with 18+ graduate credit hours in the field they are teaching from a school accredited by a U.S. Department of Education-recognized agency or a relevant terminal degree such as an ND, MD, DC, DO, or L.Ac. for healthcare courses with compensatory professional experience. At least two years of online teaching experience and subject matter expertise. Experience in an online learning platform such as Canvas, D2L, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.

Doctoral Degree preferred (degree in process considered); Master’s Degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner Certification; CNE preferred and/or Online teaching course work preferred. Active and unencumbered RN/APRN licensure in home state and RN license in Massachusetts prior to employment for all NP tracks; maintain active licensure throughout teaching. Active APRN practice, if applicable, in-home state, for all NP specialty clinical/didactic courses.

An earned Ph.D. or DSW from an accredited university in social work. MSW from a Council for Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited program. Experience sitting on/chairing dissertation committees. Possess a significant record of academic (i.e., publications, presentations) and/or professional contributions to the field of study.

Associate degree (Bachelors preferred) in a closely related field and demonstrated qualifications in the technology’s teaching discipline. Verifiable professional experience may be accepted in lieu of other requirements as approved by the Vice Chancellor who oversees academic programs, or their designee.

Experience with competency-based education. Experience with Non-traditional F2F teaching methods. Experience with Canvas LMS.

Associate's Degree or higher in an allied health related profession. A minimum of three years of professional experience within an allied health field. In-depth knowledge of medical terminology, including prefixes, suffixes, root words, and abbreviations used in healthcare settings.

Doctoral Degree in Psychology or related discipline from a regionally accredited university. Previous online teaching experience. Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

Master's degree in program field or related degree. Terminal degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in university-level teaching. Preferred applicants also will have a demonstrated ability to deliver graduate-level, online course experiences that are valued by industry. 5+ years industry experience. Preference will be given to applicants with a demonstrated commitment to inclusive excellence and an ability to integrate ethical concepts and broad understandings of diversity.
