Doane University’s Open Learning Academy is seeking adjunct faculty instructors for the following course topics: Microbiology, Anatomy Physiology I and II and Zoology. The Open Learning Academy offers rigorous 8 and 16-week courses online to students across the nation. Master’s degree required.

Three years of clinical experience as an FNP or ENP, or supervision of students preferred. Communicate (speech, written) clearly with MSN Faculty and students. Must be practicing/current FNP or ENP. Be in good professional standing. Master's degree, Ph.D., other terminal degree, DNP and/or credentials related to the area of expertise.

Ph.D. in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree with significant industry experience may be considered. Prior teaching experience at the college level is desirable but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to engaging students in an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

DSW or Ph.D. in Social Work (Ph.D. in an adjacent discipline such as Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, or Family Studies will also be considered). ABD candidates with an expected completion date of May 2025 or earlier will be considered. MSW from a CSWE-accredited program. Demonstrated teaching excellence at the college/university level, with experience in higher education in an online setting and using an online course management system (Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).

Seeking Doctoral Associate Faculty for the Applied Psychology PhD Program in the School of Psychology to work remotely on a part-time basis. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach PhD-level courses in any of the following areas: developmental psychology (life span), history and systems of psychology, multicultural psychology, performance psychology, positive psychology, health psychology, qualitative and quantitative research methods/statistics, or psychometrics. Applicants should have a demonstrated record of publication in peer-reviewed psychology journals. In addition, applicants interested in supervising our research practicum must have experience doing so, preferably at the graduate level.

Master’s degree with focus in Social Work or related field and 18 credit hours of Social Work coursework from a regionally accredited institution. Minimum two (2) years of direct teaching experience at the Master and/or Doctoral level. LCSW Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Three to five (3-5) years of professional and/or research experience in Social Work. Excellent skills in teaching online, a passion for teaching, and a commitment to learning to Teaching Through Feedback.

Candidate must have a master's or doctoral degree in Psychology from a regionally accredited institution. Candidate should have a minimum of three years of college-level online teaching experience with emphasis on Community Psychology. Experience working with post-traditional learners is a plus. Candidate should have experience designing and teaching fully online college-level courses in Canvas LMS. Candidate will be required to submit copies of official transcripts (all degree levels) upon hire.

Master's degree in Chemistry or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required. Doctoral degree preferred. College-level teaching experience is required. Online teaching experience is preferred. Record of excellence in teaching.
