Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Organizational Leadership, Business, Psychology, Education, Communication, Human Resources). 3+ years of professional experience in leadership, facilitation, workforce development, or adult learning. Demonstrated ability to work with diverse, working adult learners. Comfort with digital tools (Zoom, D2L, Slack, etc.)

A Master's Degree in Education, Adult Education, College Counseling or closely related field is required; candidates with a terminal degree in field are encouraged to apply. Master’s Degree in any area plus experience with college student success/student services processes - i.e. advising, student support services, counseling – will be considered. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an online/virtual environment is required.
