Earned Doctorate (preference for statistics, behavioral or social sciences, human services, psychology, education, organizational development and leadership). Research and Analytical Skills: ability to design, conduct, and evaluate original research in at least one of the university’s doctoral programs and specializations. Mentorship Skills: ability to guide students to think critically, analyze data, draw meaningful conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.

Master's degree in Nursing from a nationally nursing accredited or regionally accredited institution. At least two years of continuous clinical practice in the NP role, and currently working at least part time in the NP role. Must have a current and unencumbered FNP or PMHNP license in California. Must have a current and unencumbered CA Registered Nurse license. Must reside and be eligible to work in the United States.

A Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another relevant field from a regionally accredited institution. Student-centered approach and passion for teaching and mentoring a diverse student population. Teaching experience in an online setting at a higher educational institution. Experience with assessment of student learning.

Terminal Degree in Data Science and Analytics or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning. Industry Certifications in ML, AI, Data Science from Microsoft, IBM, AWS. Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education.

Terminal Degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence or related field from an accredited institution of higher learning. Experience teaching within online higher education settings. 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. This position is specifically to teach remotely.

Masters in Math, Statistics, Biostatistics, or Stats Education. 2+ years of experience with stats or quantitative studies in a healthcare setting, or nursing quantitative research experience. 1+ year of college level, online teaching experience.

Terminal Degree in Higher Education Administration, Higher Education Adult Learners, or Educational Leadership. Three or more years experience teaching online leadership and curriculum innovation courses to the adult learner population.

Master’s degree in Spanish or in Teaching with demonstrated experience teaching Spanish at the college level. Near-native proficiency in Spanish.

MA in clinical mental health counseling (minimum 2 years post-MA). Must be an actively practicing counselor (this is true for all faculty, adjunct or not). Comfortable with learning new technology, consider oneself to be tech-savvy. Comfortable with public speaking. Have stable and reliable Internet access with a broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 megabits per second (Mbps) and an upload speed of 3 Mbps. Confident in your clinical skills and in providing clinical feedback to others.

Doctor of Philosophy (PhD only) required with at least eighteen credit hours at the graduate level in Organizational Behavior & Leadership, or Philosophy & Ethics. Applicants must have a Christian commitment and the ability to integrate Christian faith with the subject matter and the manner of teaching.
