ACHS requires applicants to have a terminal professional degree in a related field to meet all state and accreditation requirements. Due to the specialized nature of the curriculum where a terminal degree may not be available, such as aromatherapy, ACHS also considers other credentials (see link for details). At least two years of online teaching experience and subject matter expertise in teaching introductory chemistry. Experience in an online learning platform such as Canvas, D2L, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.

Masters in subject areas of Philosophy, Humanities, Interdisciplinary Studies, Cultural Studies, or Global Studies from an accredited higher education institution. 1+ years of experience teaching similar content at high school level or above OR experience facilitating training of related content in a group setting. Demonstrated academic or professional content knowledge/scholarship in ethics and ethical issues with multicultural or global content. Experience working with diverse student groups.

MS or Ph.D. degree in Exercise Science or related field. A minimum of one year of teaching experience at the graduate college level. Demonstrated interest in professional development focused on teaching, learning and assessment. Experience with online teaching and the Brightspace learning management system is preferred but not required.

Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field. MSN required. Active, unencumbered multi-state RN license. 2+ years of nursing and research experience. 2+ years of online teaching experience.

Certified Nurse Educator. Doctoral degree in Nursing or related field. MSN required. Active, unencumbered multi-state RN license. 2+ years of nursing and teaching curriculum, course design, or course development. 2+ years of online teaching experience.

Successful candidates will have substantial expertise in the field of Cybersecurity. An MS degree, or comparable work experience, is required. A doctoral degree is preferred.

Terminal degree from an accredited institution in Higher Education, Educational Administration, Executive Higher Education, Higher Educational Leadership or related field. Concentration and/or 3+ years of experience in Foundations of Higher Education, Trends in Higher Education, Academic Affairs, Student Services, Student Advising, Enrollment Management, Institutional Research & Assessment, Higher Education Finance, Legal & Ethical Issues in Higher Education, or Higher Education Vocation & Career Formation preferred.

Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer-Based Information Systems or a computer-related field from an accredited college or university. A minimum of three (3) years non-teaching work experience in the field. Two (2) years teaching in an online environment.

Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Medical Studies, Pharmaceutical Science, or a related discipline. Formal degree in Pharmacology or Clinical Psychopharmacology. Professional license preferred (pharmacy, physician, or prescribing psychologist). Board Certification preferred. Previous online teaching experience (3 years preferred). Exemplary professional experience. Engagement in research and scholarship (preferred).

The position requires an earned Doctorate in field appropriate to the position, from an institutionally (formerly regionally) accredited college or university and a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in discipline. We seek candidates who possess expertise in the field of business or healthcare. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of professional work experience. Prior experience with design, curriculum development, and dissertation committee service in an online environment are preferred.
