A terminal degree in the field, or closely related discipline, is preferred. Candidates working toward a terminal degree, or who have significant experience in the field, may be considered. Candidates must embrace the mission of California Baptist University, and evidence a clear understanding of, and commitment to, excellence in teaching through the integration of Christian faith.

Terminal degree in Health Sciences or a related field. Methodology experience in multiple methodologies. Three years or more of full-time online teaching experience at the graduate levels and a strong record of professional achievement. History of publication in academic or trade journals. Established research and/or professional content agenda.

Master's Degree in History, Political Science, or Sociology. 1-3 years' related practical/professional experience and/or training; online, higher education teaching experience is highly preferred.

Completed Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school plus a minimum of eighteen (18) hours of graduate credit hours in the program discipline. Undergraduate level faculty must have a minimum of two (2) years of industry and practical experience in the legal field within the previous 10 years. Graduate level faculty must have a minimum of three (3) years of industry and practical experience within the previous 10 years.

Required: Terminal degree from an institutionally/regionally accredited institution in Clinical psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or other related behavioral science discipline. Active license in good standing (preferred).

Doctorate in Education, Business, Health Science, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 18 graduate hours in research methods. Successful college/university teaching experience in an online environment.

Master's degree in Business, with experience teaching environmental studies, or Master's degree in Environmental Studies with Business experience. Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.

A successful candidate will have: Master's degree (PhD preferred), with experience teaching in Internship courses, Business, Sociology, and/or Humanities. Successful teaching experience at the undergraduate level.

A successful candidate will have: MFA in Creative Writing or other related subject. Publication in either periodicals or authored books. 5 years teaching experience in the field or related subject.

A successful candidate will have: MBA (preferred). Experience teaching in a non-synchronous modality.
