The ideal candidate will have classroom teaching experience in P–6 schools and hold a valid teaching license in either P–3, P–5, or 1–8 grade bands. Candidates must possess a master’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, with at least 18 graduate semester credit hours in-discipline.

Candidates must hold an earned doctorate in Nursing or a related field (PhD, DNP, or DNSc), possess appropriate certifications, and have a current, unencumbered RN license. A minimum of two years of teaching experience and four years of practical nursing experience are required. The successful candidate must also demonstrate skill in curriculum design, student engagement, and have working knowledge of higher education regulations and accrediting bodies.

Expertise in the subject area of the course. The minimum degree requirement is a master's degree with a Ph.D. preferred in the discipline. Online teaching experience preferred, but not necessary. Fluency is English or Arabic language.

Terminal Degree in Higher Education Administration, Higher Education Adult Learners, or Educational Leadership. Three or more years experience teaching online leadership and curriculum innovation courses to the adult learner population.
