A terminal degree from an accredited institution of higher learning with a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the academic field is preferred. Extensive professional experience in a related field. Previous experience teaching online students at the university level.

The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree (e.g. PhD) in Physics or related discipline or a master’s degree with ample experience in the profession. Ability to efficiently operate a personal computer and associated software (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.). Must have strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively and appropriately using e-mail and digital conferencing tools. Personal commitment to the environmental focus and mission of the college.

Master's degree in Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Human Capital Management, Organizational Leadership, or Change Management from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent). 5+ years professional experience.

Two years of experience in the field. Relevant Master's degree for undergraduate teaching; relevant terminal degree for graduate level courses.

Earned terminal degree(s) in a field associated with the department. Must have an active Principal or Superintendent License. Must have K12 principal experience as well as a current principal license. 1+ year(s) experience in teaching and leadership in a formal educational setting using both traditional and non-traditional teaching formats, higher education strongly preferred.

Master’s Degree in Communications/Speech or closely related field. Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new and current technical skills and ideas. Demonstrated strong organizational skills.

Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology OR Master's degree in any area; 18 graduate semester credits in Applied Psychology, Business psychology, Consulting psychology, Human Resources, Industrial organizational psychology, Management, and/or Social Psychology. Must have a minimum of 3 years of applicable professional experience.

Must have experience with Pediatric or Adolescent Psychiatric/Mental Health. Doctor of Nursing Science, Doctor of Nursing Practice, PhD in Nursing, Medical Physician/Psychiatrist, and/or Board Certified Pediatric Mental Health Pediatrician OR Doctorate degree in any area and a Master’s degree in Nursing OR Master’s degree in Nursing. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical nursing practice setting with at least 2 years of that experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Clinical Nurse Specialist .
