Master’s degree in business finance, Accounting or a closely related field. At least two years of experience teaching adult learners or an equivalent amount of experience in higher education. Experience teaching in online or hybrid formats, with demonstrated proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Brightspace). Proficiency in facilitating online and/or competency-based (CBE) courses.

At this time, we are actively seeking Adjunct Geography Instructors who have a Master's Degree to teach basic to advanced skill level courses this upcoming Fall 2025 semester, which begins on August 25, 2025.

Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Mgmt., Maritime, or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution is required. Doctoral degree is preferred. Five years of experience in the Logistics industry is required.

Earned doctorate in Cybersecurity or a closely related field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. ABD applicants are encouraged to apply. Recent experience teaching Cybersecurity courses in a college or university setting. A commitment to and an agreement with the purposes and philosophy of Christian higher education as promoted by the Texas Baptists/Baptist General Convention of Texas in general and Wayland Baptist University in particular.

A completed terminal degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an MSN program. A clearly stated nursing specialty and relevant certifications on their resume. Candidates who do not meet these requirements - including those with only a master’s degree - will not be considered.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5 years of relevant industry experience. See link for required certifications.

Master's degree in Psychology. At least 5 years of industry experience in the field of Psychology. Corporate training experience highly considered.

Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate semester hours in Accounting. 5+ years teaching in an online environment. Up to 10% travel is required. Ability to work a student-friendly schedule (evenings/weekends).

Minimum of 3-5+ years’ experience teaching adults in Higher Education; preferably in an online distance based model. Master’s degree with 18 graduate hours in accounting. Minimum of 3-5 years of industry experience in Accounting. Interest in teaching financial (principles & Intermediate) and managerial/cost accounting.

Doctorate in Business Administration, Business Statistics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence from a regionally accredited higher education institution. 3 or more years professional experience in quantitative analysis for business.
