Applicants must have a doctorate, preferably a DBA or Ph.D. in a business field, and teaching experience at the college/university level.

Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, or Doctor of Nurse Practitioner with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialization. At least two years of continuous clinical practice in the NP role and currently working at least part-time in the NP role. Active, current, and unencumbered FNP state license in either Texas or California. (Note: Once hired, Faculty are required to have both RN and FNP licenses in both California and Texas. The department will pay for new faculty to obtain their license in either California or Texas if the applicant doesn’t already have both state licenses. Minimum of two 2 years’ current experience in an FNP role, including diagnosing and treating patients in a clinic setting.

Master's degree from an accredited institution. Academic preparation in teaching field to include eighteen (18) graduate semester hours in the discipline to be taught. Teaching experience is desired.

Doctoral degree in Nursing (DNP or PhD) or closely related field required. Graduate-level teaching experience in nursing education. Demonstrated expertise in the clinical specialty area relevant to the assigned course. Experience with curriculum or course development in higher education. Knowledge of AACN Essentials and graduate nursing competencies.

Master of Science in Nursing Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Doctor of Nurse Practitioner with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specialization. Active, current, and unencumbered PMHNP state license in either Texas or California required. (Note: Once hired, Faculty are required to have both RN and FNP licenses in both California and Texas. The department will pay for new faculty to obtain their license in either California or Texas if the applicant doesn’t already have both state licenses. Minimum of two 2 years’ current experience in an PMHNP role including diagnosing and treating patients in a clinic setting. National board certification - PMHNP specific. Online higher education experience.

Master's Degree with experience in Applied Engineering or Construction Management. Two to four years related experience and/or training (online teaching experience is a plus).

Ph.D. in Economics. Experience teaching at the graduate level preferred. Familiarity with Canvas or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Currently seeking candidates with expertise in perinatal mental health and/or public health, with a special interest in maternal and child health and lactation. Minimum of a Master’s degree plus relevant experience in the field. Demonstrated expertise and experience in the subject area. Prior teaching experience at the graduate level, preferably in an online environment. Doctoral degree preferred in the relevant field or a related discipline. Demonstrated strengths in teaching at the college level. Understand and articulate aeronautics from a biblical worldview.
