Master’s degree or terminal degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline required; Ph.D. Preferred. Three plus (3+) years of hands-on experience in the construction industry including current practices, trends, regulations, and laws required. Two plus (2+) years of faculty teaching experience in higher education required. Experience teaching online required.

Expertise in the subject area of the course. The minimum degree requirement is a master's degree with a Ph.D. preferred in the discipline. Online teaching experience preferred, but not necessary. Fluency is English or Arabic language.
